Our self care services include (and can be combined) gong sound bath, yoga instruction, and barre to help you lead a healthy life. Our sound healing gong sessions can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase your feelings of well-being. We also offer yoga instruction to help provide strength and flexibility, or a barre class to help you stay active. We know that it's important to take time for yourself, so give us a call anytime or if you are planning an event, a weekend getaway or simply a girls weekend where we would come to you!
